Deal Structure
What you are leasing is a VACATION RESIDENCY PROPERTY for a 20-Year Term.
You do not and will not ever own the actual property structure, nor have any land rights.
This is the same business model as a TIME SHARE except instead of owning for one week only, YOU HAVE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS FOR THE 20 YEARS LEASE DURATION, giving you the opportunity to SHARE with family, friends, colleagues as well as USE AS AN INVESTMENT and/or ONGOING RENTAL PROPERTY OPPORTUNITY. *(with restrictions)
